Subscription Details

Please note the following details about your subscription:

• Non-recurring Payment: Your subscription is for a fixed term and does not automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. If you wish to continue using our service after your subscription expires, you will need to manually purchase a new subscription.
• No Automatic Renewals: There will be no automatic charges at the end of your subscription period. We believe in giving our customers full control over their subscription choices.

Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all products and services provided by Smart&Fast Corp.

1. Possibility of Refund

All customers can request a refund at any time after purchase.

2. Refund Calculation Method

• For 2-month and 3-month subscriptions: At the time of refund request, the used period is calculated on a daily basis based on the price of a 1-month subscription. For the remaining period, the full price of the purchased subscription minus the cost of the used period will be refunded.
• If used for more than 1 month: If more than 15 days have passed after 1 month of purchase, that month is considered fully used and excluded from the refund.

3. Refund Procedure

Customers wishing for a refund must contact the Smart&Fast Corp. customer support center to request a refund. The refund process will be completed within [7 business days] from the request date.
